Late Registration Form
To request changes to your registration in a school of music class/classes after the add/drop deadline, please complete this form. It will be sent to Associate Dean Kelly-McHale and the SOM Exceptions Committee, who will approve or deny the registration request. Please allow up to one week for a response. Students are only allowed one late registration request during their program at DePaul.
